Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply only to Enterprise plan subscribers.
Third-Party Integrations: Ziply Fleet integrates with third-party services including ELD providers (Samsara, Motive, Geotab), payment processors (Stripe), fuel transaction data import (via CSV and emailed reports from fuel-card portals such as EFS, Comdata, WEX, FleetOne), and the FMCSA database.
